Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Hanium; LLC builds products for people, and that means all people. We want everyone — regardless of ability, device, or connection — to be able to use hanium.app and our applications with dignity and without workarounds. Accessibility is part of how we define "done", not a feature we add afterwards.

Standard we work to

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA for this website, and to Apple's Accessibility guidelines for our iOS applications.

What we do on this website

What we do in our applications

Our iOS applications are built natively with SwiftUI, which gives us Apple's accessibility layer as a foundation. We design for VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, Reduce Motion, Increase Contrast and Bold Text, and we test with them before each release. Where an application uses the camera or microphone for a core task — for example, biometric verification in Othra — we provide clear spoken and visual guidance and never rely on a single sense alone.

Known limitations

We are a small team and some things are still in progress. Third-party content we link to (for example, the App Store) is outside our control. Some decorative visual effects on the homepage — the star field and the wireframe globe — are hidden from assistive technology and reduced for users who prefer less motion, but may still be visually busy on very low-contrast displays. If you find anything else, we would like to know.

Feedback and support

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on hanium.app or in any Hanium application, please tell us. We read every message and aim to respond within five business days.

Review

This statement is reviewed at least once a year, and whenever we ship a significant change to the website or an application. Changes are recorded in our Journal.
